I have always had an interest in New Media and one of the sites that I find interesting is that of Chrisg.com who provides insight into the business of blogging and in one of the blogs was the question, What motivates your audience? Not just "interests" but really motivates?

This question captured my attention as I had just attended the BLI Success Program day, which by the way was fantastic and very insightful, thank you Bill and Jennifer.
