Hi Jennifer,

Yesterday there was a meeting of the WMSC full Council chaired by Tony in the RAC Club in London.
On the agenda was the subject of role arbiters.

The Council has decided that the current two levels of arbiter, (Levels one and two), no longer reflect the needs
of the sport. As a result a new arbiter level, Level Three has been created for the role of Senior Arbiter.

At the same time, your unique and distinguished contribution to the sport was also discussed.

In view of the outstanding work you have done to promote and support the across a number of countries over the past many years, and also in recognition of your excellent work with the recent training programmes
on the 10 disciplines, it was the unanimous decision of Council to award you the position of the first (and only) Level Three Arbiter.
May I be the first to offer you my congratulations!

Tony will be presenting you with a special certificate the next time he sees you.

Well done!
All the best
Chris
