I created this Mind Map as my assignment to discuss the core elements of a Inclusive Learning Culture.

The core strategies as I see it are
- to understand the learners - their background, learning styles and learning needs and current experience, skills and abilities
- to adjust the environment, activities and assessment to met their needs
- and to put in place supports - such as different teaching and learning practices and provide options for learning and assessment
