Creative Ideas for Real Estate/Floor Plans

Imperial_Patio_homes_floor_plan_Page_2.png
Description:
Strolling past a real estate agents (http://www.vassa.com.au/) yesterday after brunch and a creative floor plan for a new building caught my eye.  Rather than labelling the rooms "Bedroom" "Kitchen" etc, they used words that inspired a lifestyle, such as Slumber & Dream = bedroomClense = BathroomCreate = KitchenUnwind = Living area Allan Thompson, the builder/designer, has applied one of the key principles of creativity - challenge the way things are always done and find other ways of doing it. He has also applied one of the key principles of memory - Do something unusual to help you stand out from the crowd (Called the Von Restorff Effect).   I also liked the fact that the real estate agents had snipped the top corner of the free property magazine so that it quickly opens up to their own pages of advertising. Very simple but effective idea!! What have you seen recently??
