Vicki Matthews, Teacher and BLI, recently highly recommended Sir Ken Robinson's book, "The Element - How finding your passion changes everything". (The element is the point at which natural talent meets personal passion)
A great read, very insighful and lots of stories of how very famous people found thier element.
I particularly liked the story of how Mind Maps helped unlock our natural intelligences to remember vast amounts of information. Here is an extract in the chapter of In the Zone [pages 96-97]...
